Giải thích sự khác biệt giữa các công cụ bảo vệ môi trường
Xác được khung pháp luật điều chỉnh môi trường và bảo vệ môi trường tại Việt Nam.
Có kỹ năng thực hành nghề luật như tư vấn pháp luật, tham gia công tác tố tụng tại tòa án, trọng tài đối với những vụ việc liên quan đến môi trường"

6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The Environmental Law course is based on the existing knowledge of civil and administrative law. The subject includes topics related to environmental protection activities in Vietnam. Specifically, it centers around the Strategic Environmental Assessment, Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Permits, protection of environmental components, natural heritages, environmental protection in production and business activities, waste management, climate change response, as well as compensation for environmental damage.
