5. Course Objectives:
Sinh viên hiểu các khái niệm cơ bản về luật thương mại quốc tế, phân biệt luật thương mại quốc tế công và tư, và nắm vững các vấn đề pháp lý liên quan đến hợp đồng mua bán hàng hóa quốc tế, các tập quán thương mại quốc tế, thanh toán quốc tế, nhượng quyền thương mại quốc tế, và giải quyết tranh chấp trong kinh doanh quốc tế.
Sinh viên phát triển kỹ năng trình bày vấn đề, làm việc nhóm, nghiên cứu pháp luật nước ngoài, phân tích án lệ, và tư duy phân tích trong việc ra quyết định và giải quyết vấn đề. Sinh viên cũng có khả năng nhận diện rủi ro và tư vấn các vấn đề liên quan đến luật kinh doanh quốc tế.
Sinh viên có khả năng tự giải quyết vấn đề pháp lý trong luật kinh doanh quốc tế, chia sẻ quan điểm và kết quả nghiên cứu với đồng nghiệp, tự tin và độc lập trong nghiên cứu, đồng thời nhìn nhận pháp luật từ nhiều góc độ để đưa ra những so sánh và phân tích sâu sắc/
Students will understand the basic concepts of international commercial law, distinguish between public and private international commercial law, and master legal issues related to international sales contracts, international trade customs, international payments, international franchising, and dispute resolution in international business.
Students will develop skills in presenting issues, working in teams, researching foreign laws, analyzing case law, and applying analytical thinking in decision-making and problem-solving. They will also be able to identify risks and provide legal advice on matters related to international business law.
Students will have the ability to independently resolve legal issues in international business law, share perspectives and research findings with colleagues, and be confident and independent in research. They will also be able to view the law from various angles to provide deep comparisons and analyses.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
With this course, students will be equipped with the knowledge of: (i) Sources of private international trade law; (ii) international business scene; (iii) international selling goods; (iv) international transportation; (v) international franchising and (vi) international commercial dispute resolution.
