The course E-commerce Operations Management introduces and helps students realize the important role of implementing E-commerce Operations Management. The course provides students with basic knowledge about operational activities in e-commerce and related applications in practice. From there, students build and manage e-commerce activities such as: retail, wholesale, digital marketing, digital security, digital payment. The course also trains students to be persistent, self-reliant and proactive in studying and working in groups, strengthening students' confidence in performing e-commerce activities.
