Môn học này được thiết kế để giúp người học hiểu rõ sự thay đổi to lớn mà công nghệ tài chính (fintech) đang diễn ra, từ đó ảnh hưởng lên các ngành khác trong nền kinh tế. Môn học cung cấp những hiểu biết chi tiết về các dịch vụ tài chính, công nghệ và mô hình kinh doanh hiện đại đã xuất hiện trong những năm gần đây làm thay đổi hoàn toàn các mô hình kinh doanh truyền thống, đồng thời trình bày những ví dụ thực tế điển hình trong ngành này trên toàn cầu - từ trạng thái của các tổ chức tài chính truyền thống ở Châu Âu và châu Mỹ, đến sự phát triển và áp dụng nhanh chóng các công nghệ đổi mới ở các nền kinh tế mới nổi ở Châu Á. Môn học cũng trình bày các hệ sinh thái tương ứng và khuôn khổ pháp lý xoay quanh việc xuất hiện của Fintech trong nền kinh tế./
This course is designed to help learners understand the huge changes that fintech is taking place, which in turn affects other industries in the economy. The course offers detailed insights into financial services, modern technologies and business models that have emerged in recent years that have radically changed traditional business models. Besides, some global case studies are also presented from Europe, America, to emerging markets in Asia. The course also presents the respective eco-systems and legal frameworks related to Fintech in the economy.
