Through this experience, students are able to synthesize the knowledge acquired during their academic training and apply specialized concepts to practical situations. Moreover, the course aims to help students develop and refine professional skills and attitudes that align with employers’ expectations. This process enables students to build their career competencies upon completing the academic program. In addition, the course is designed to support students in conducting an independent research project related to their field of study, thereby preparing them for higher levels of academic pursuit.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

In the Internship and Graduation course, students participate in real-world working environments at enterprises, financial institutions, or government agencies. During their internship, students are guided, supported, and supervised by academic instructors and/or corporate mentors, who also take part in evaluating their performance. In parallel with the internship, students may choose one of the following two options: preparing a Practical Semester Report or completing a Graduation Thesis. For the Practical Semester Report, students are required to integrate specialized knowledge relevant to a real-world issue faced by the host organization, collect data, and conduct situational analyses. Ultimately, students must propose recommendations or solutions for the organization and reflect on practical lessons learned from their experience. For the Graduation Thesis option, students are expected to conduct an independent and comprehensive research project that meets the standards of an academic paper. Accordingly, they must formulate a research question consistent with their field of study, review and synthesize relevant theoretical frameworks, and summarize prior empirical studies to identify research gaps. Based on this foundation, students develop research hypotheses, collect and analyze data using quantitative methods, and test the proposed hypotheses. Finally, students discuss and evaluate their research findings and provide recommendations grounded in the study’s results.
