"-Trình bày ngắn gọn mục tiêu giảng dạy của học phần, vai trò, vị trí học phần/môn học, kiến thức sẽ trang bị cho sinh viên, quan hệ với các học phần/môn học khác trong chương trình đào tạo -Học phần này cung cấp cho người học những kiến thức tổng quan về hệ thống tổ chức các Phòng/ Ban, chuyên khoa trong bệnh viện tại Việt Nam và một số quốc gia phát triển trên thế giới trong việc cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe cho các bệnh nhân đang điều trị tại bệnh viện, cũng như bệnh nhân ngoại trú. Ngoài ra, học viên sẽ được hướng dẫn về phương pháp lập kế hoạch quản lý, quy trình chăm sóc - điều trị cho bệnh nhân từ lúc đến bệnh viện đến khi hồi phục, được hướng dẫn theo dõi tại nhà và được giáo dục, nâng cao hiểu biết về sức khỏe, từ đó góp phần cải thiện sự hài lòng của bệnh nhân và thân nhân. -Học phần cũng giúp định hướng cho sinh viên quan sát các vấn đề thực tế đang diễn ra tại các cơ sở y tế, biết cách xác định các vấn đề còn hạn chế trong quy trình chăm sóc sức khỏe ở các góc độ khác nhau và tìm ra các phương hướng giải quyết và hoàn thiện hoạt động quản lý chăm sóc điều trị trong tương lai tốt hơn. Sau khi kết thúc học phần, học viên có thể tự chủ động tìm hiểu sâu hơn về quy trình chăm sóc sức khỏe trong nước và trên thế giới, có khả năng phối hợp với các kiến thức về quản trị học, hành vi tổ chức và lãnh đạo để tự xây dựng, hoàn thiện kế hoạch quản lý chăm sóc - điều trị tại cơ sở y tế sẽ công tác trong tương lai. In addition, learners will be guided on methods of planning management, care and treatment processes for patients from the time they arrive at the hospital until they recover, guided on home monitoring and educated, improving their understanding of health, thereby contributing to improving the satisfaction of patients and their relatives. -The course also helps orient students to observe the actual problems occurring at medical facilities, know how to identify the limitations in the health care process from different perspectives and find solutions and improve the management of care and treatment in the future. After completing the course, students can proactively learn more about the health care process in the country and in the world, and have the ability to coordinate with knowledge of management, organizational behavior and leadership to build and improve the care and treatment management plan at the medical facility they will work at in the future. This section provides learners with an overview of the organizational system of departments / departments in hospitals in Vietnam and some developed countries in the world in providing logistics services. Health care for patients being treated in the hospital, as well as outpatients. In addition, students will be instructed about management planning methods, disease management procedures - treatment for patients from the hospital to recovery, follow-up instructions at home and be educated and advanced health knowledge, thereby contributing to improving the satisfaction of patients and relatives. 

The module also helps guide students to manage real-world problems that are happening in medical facilities, to know how to identify limited problems in the health operation process at different angles and find out, resolve, and perfect the operating system management in the future. After completing the module, students can automatically learn more about health operations in the country and in the world and be able to coordinate with the knowledge of management, organization of practice. vi and leadership to build automatically, perfect the management-operating plan at medical facilities that will operate in the future.
