"-Trình bày ngắn gọn mục tiêu giảng dạy của học phần, vai trò, vị trí học phần/môn học, kiến thức sẽ trang bị cho sinh viên, quan hệ với các học phần/môn học khác trong chương trình đào tạo -Khoá học này cung cấp tổng quan về hệ thống cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khoẻ ở Việt Nam và một số nước trên thế giới và khám phá các động lực thay đổi theo thời gian định hình việc tổ chức và cung cấp các dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khoẻ cũng như cơ hội đổi mới và cải thiện các khía cạnh chi phí, chất lượng và tiếp cận sức khoẻ dịch vụ chăm sóc. Khoá học xem xét nghịch lý của hệ thống cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khoẻ và việc các khoản chi lớn cho chăm sóc sức khoẻ không mang lại kết quả tốt đẹp nhất như thế nào một phần do các vấn đề về chi phí, tiếp cận và chất lượng. -Người học sẽ xem xét tác động của xã hội, kinh tế và lịch sử chính trị đối với các hệ thống chăm sóc sức khỏe hiện tại. Người học sẽ phân tích các nguyên tắc thiết lập ưu tiên trong chăm sóc sức khỏe, thảo luận và đánh giá các giải pháp khả thi cho những thách thức như dân số già, bất bình đẳng trong y tế.. để đảm bảo tính chi phí và hiệu quả. Ngoài ra, học viên cũng sẽ biết cách sử dụng và lựa chọn các kỹ thuật phù hợp trong phân tích các vấn đề sức khỏe để tìm ra nguyên nhân gây nên các vấn đề sức khỏe cụ thể. -Học phần cũng giúp định hướng cho sinh viên quan sát các vấn đề thực tế đang diễn ra tại các cơ sở y tế, nhập vai người giám sát và cả người được giám sát để thấy rõ vấn đề ở các góc độ khác nhau và tìm ra các phương hướng hoạt động tương lai tốt hơn. " /"- Briefly describe the teaching objectives of the course, the role, position of the course/subject, the knowledge that will equip students, the relationship with other courses/subjects in the training program -This course provides an overview of the health care delivery system in Vietnam and some countries in the world and explores the changing dynamics over time that shape the organization and delivery of health care services as well as the opportunities for innovation and improvement in the aspects of cost, quality and access to health care services. The course examines the paradox of the health care delivery system and how large expenditures on health care do not bring the best results partly due to issues of cost, access and quality. -Learners will consider the impact of social, economic and political history on current health care systems. Learners will analyze the principles of priority setting in health care, discuss and evaluate possible solutions to challenges such as aging populations, health inequalities, etc. to ensure cost and effectiveness. In addition, learners will also know how to use and select appropriate techniques in analyzing health problems to find the causes of specific health problems. - The course also helps students to observe real-life problems occurring in health facilities, playing the role of supervisors and supervised people to see the problem from different perspectives and find better future directions of operation. The course helps students understand and grasp the organizational structure, recruitment, treatment, and communication information in managing the workforce of the health care system. "

Health system organization and management is the study of health system theories, management of health resources and activities, and health policy from which the theory is applied in practice. Vietnam health system, and manage health resources and activities at all levels, develop and implement effective health policies. The module includes the following contents: Overview of medical organization and management; Organize and manage the Vietnamese health system; Management of health resources; Organize and manage the medical examination and treatment system; Outline of health policy; Health policy development process; Some major health policies in Vietnam today.
