"-Nhận diện và hiểu các khái niệm về rủi ro, sự cố, các chỉ tiêu đánh giá rủi ro về sức khỏe và rủi ro trong bệnh viện.
- Nhận diện các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến rủi ro theo từng nhóm lý thuyết hiện có.
- Nhận diện các thách thức đối với vấn đề an toàn người bệnh ở các nước đang phát triển.
-Biết cách để đo lường các chỉ tiêu rủi ro về sức khỏe, cải thiện khả năng lựa chọn và thực hiện nghiên cứu trong lĩnh vực sức khỏe.
