-Học viên nghiên cứu về các nội dụng: quản lý tài chính tại đơn vị sự nghiệp công lập, quản lý tài chính tại bệnh viện, các công cụ quản lý tài chính tại bệnh viện, Công tác quản lý các nguồn lực tài chính (ngân sách nhà nước, nguồn thu viện phí và bảo hiểm y tế, nguồn viện trợ và các nguồn thu khác); quản lý sử dụng các nguồn lực tài chính; cơ chế quản lý tài chính bệnh viện.
