Môn học này sẽ giới thiệu cho sinh viên về hệ thống thông tin trong khách sạn, cơ sở hạ tầng viễn thông và mạng internet, cách mà các thành phần này kết nối và hoạt động cũng như cách vận hành hệ thống. Sinh viên sẽ được hướng dẫn tìm hiểu về thương mại điện tử và các chiến lược cho ngành khách sạn hiện nay thông qua môi trường số, nền tảng di động, các ứng dụng & phần mềm đặt chỗ, book phòng toàn cầu và ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin vào việc quản lý nguồn nhân lực, tiếp thị, bán hàng và hệ thống an ninh an toàn phục vụ cho ngành khách sạn.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This course will introduce students to information systems in hotels, telecommunications infrastructure and the internet, how these components connect and operate, and how the systems operate. Students will be instructed to learn about e-commerce and strategies for today's hospitality industry through digital environments, mobile platforms, booking applications & software, global book rooms and apps. information technology into human resource management, marketing, sales and security systems serving the hospitality industry.
