5. Course Objectives:

The course provides students with specific objectives: a. Recognize the sales organization methods of hotels and accommodation service providers. b. Clearly recognize the importance of mastering product knowledge for sales staff, while understanding customer psychology and applying soft skills to conduct transactions, negotiate to successful signings. c. Build the ability to find customers through personal sales channels through planning personal sales plans. From there, know how to choose suitable sales partners to achieve effective sales, recognize methods of cooperation with partners and apply measures to manage and control the sales of partners. d. In particular, students are equipped with the ability to work independently and in groups, and have the ability to adapt to changes in the working environment through individual and group exercises to measure and evaluate learning outcomes."

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The aim of this subject is to develop students’ awareness of the different kinds of strategy which could be used in an operational, tactical or strategic role for a hospitality organisation. This will be underpinned by a thorough knowledge and understanding of the theories, models and concepts which could significantly support an organisation’s strategic choice and direction.
