Học phần cung cấp các kiến thức và cơ hội rèn luyện kỹ năng cần thiết cho các nghiệp vụ đảm bảo an toàn, an ninh cho khách lưu trú trong khách sạn. Sinh viên được trang bị các quy trình về hoạt động của bộ phận an ninh trong việc nhận diện các biến cố có thể xảy ra và cách thức phòng ngừa và xử lý. Bên cạnh đó, sinh viên hiểu về vai trò và công việc của trưởng bộ phận an ninh trong việc thiết lập các hệ thống, quy định đảm bảo an toàn cho con người, tài sản trong khách sạn.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course equips students with basic knowledge and skills to cope with risks and accidents during working in a hotel. Students understand the security and safety that is applied not only to the property but also the health of both customers and staff. The combination of theoretical lessons and seminars conducted by guest speakers will keep learners informed of situations and challenges facing them in the future.
