Môn học cung cấp các kiến thức và cơ hội rèn luyện kỹ năng cần thiết cho sinh viên về việc vận hành kinh doanh bar. Qua đó sinh viên hiểu một cách toàn diện về cách tổ chức hoạt động, công việc tại bar, phân bổ nguồn lực bao gồm con người và vật liệu. Môn học còn trang bị các kiến thức về sản phẩm thức uống và hiểu biết về việc quản lý chi phí, lập ngân sách cũng như các quy trình chuẩn để đảm bảo an ninh và an toàn.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course equips learners with knowledge and skills in the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as how to operate and manage the bar. Through practical lessons, students will understand the importance of communication skills, the body language of a bartender will help perform better their work.
