Mục tiêu của học phần tập trung trang bị cho sinh viên các kiến thức về các hoạt động của các bộ phận trong dịch vụ lưu trú trong khách sạn, mối quan hệ giữa các bộ phận và vai trò của quản lý trong việc điều phối các tài nguyên vào các bộ phận nhằm tạo điều kiện cho hoạt động tiến hành thông suốt và đạt hiệu quả cao. Sinh viên lần lượt được giới thiệu các phương pháp quản lý ở mỗi bộ phận, các vấn đề có thể phát sinh, và phương thức thường được sử dụng để giải quyết các tình huống quản lý.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This unit provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse accommodation services, the different forms of ownership and classification systems. The function, the role and the importance of each department play within accommodation services will be introduced also be assessed along with the facilities and security functions of accommodation services. By this unit, students will be able to identify trends and technologies for the sector and the impact they have on the different functions, services and guest provisions.
