Môn học cung cấp các kiến thức và cơ hội rèn luyện kỹ năng cần thiết cho các hoạt động vận hành buồng để phục vụ khách lưu trú tại khách sạn. Qua đó sinh viên hiểu một cách toàn diện các chức năng, nhiệm vụ của bộ phận buồng, vai trò các nhân sự và các quy trình quản lý để đảm bảo tình trạng buồng, tiện nghi trong buồng nhằm mang lại sự hài lòng cho khách hàng. Ngoài ra môn học còn trang bị cho sinh viên các kỹ năng cần thiết, chuẩn mực để giao tiếp với khách và thực hiện công việc một cách an toàn.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course provides the knowledge and skills for room operations at the hotel. Thereby, students understand the functions and duties of the Housekeeping department, the role of personnel and management processes to ensure the hygiene of the room, in order to bring satisfaction to guests. In addition, the course also help students to pratice the communication skills and ensure their work safety.
