Học phần Quản trị nguồn nhân lực và Hành vi tổ chức sẽ tập trung nghiên cứu về hành vi và thái độ của con người trong các tổ chức; những xu hướng mới trong quản trị nguồn nhân lực. Học phần sẽ cung cấp những kiến thức về các khái niệm của khoa học hành vi và lý thuyết về tổ chức để hiểu, dự đoán và ảnh hưởng đến hành vi cá nhân, hành vi nhóm và hiệu qủa của tổ chức. Để đạt được điều này, học phần sẽ phân tích những hành động, sự tương tác của các cá nhân, nhóm và hệ thống của tổ chức cũng như cố gắng để hiểu sự đang dạng các khía cạnh trong hành vi tổ chức và hiệu quả tổ chức./
The course "Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior" will focus on studying human behavior and attitudes within organizations and new trends in human resrouce management. The course will provide knowledge about concepts in behavioral science and organizational theory to understand, predict, and influence individual behavior, group behavior, and organizational effectiveness. To achieve this, the course will analyze the actions and interactions of individuals, groups, and organizational systems, as well as strive to understand the diverse aspects of organizational behavior and organizational effectiveness.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This course focuses on studying human behavior, attitude, and performance in organizations. This course provides the knowledge of behavioral science concepts and organizational theory to understand, predict and influence on individual behavior, group behavior, and organizational effectiveness. To achieve this, this course analyzes the actions and interactions of individuals, groups, and organizational systems, and attempt to understand the diversity of aspects in organizational behavior and organizational effectiveness.
