6. Brief Description of Course Content:

International Human Resource Management is a compulsory subject in human resource management majors. The course provides learners with the basics of human resource management in a globalized environment, as organizations expand overseas and receive workers from other countries. The strong development of forms of international cooperation and international trade in multicultural and inter-national contexts has a strong influence on recruitment, training and effective public governance employment and remuneration for the organization's staff. The content of the subject is closely related to the knowledge of economics and human resource management subjects, organizational behavior and communication and communication within the organization.
