Học phần được thiết kế để nâng cao nhận thức của sinh viên về các phương pháp tiếp cận lý thuyết khác nhau để lãnh đạo; các phong cách lãnh đạo và khuyến khích sự hiểu biết cơ bản về các hoạt động lãnh đạo. Học phần cũng chuẩn bị cho sinh viên bất kỳ vai trò lãnh đạo nào ở hiện tại hoặc trong tương lai và cải thiện kỹ năng của sinh viên trong bối cảnh nhóm.
Học phần sẽ được thực hiện với nhiều kỹ thuật giảng dạy khác nhau bao gồm bài giảng, case study, đánh giá, bài báo, thảo luận trên lớp và bài tập trải nghiệm./
The course is designed to enhance students' awareness of various theoretical approaches to leadership, different leadership styles, and to encourage a fundamental understanding of leadership activities. The module also prepares students for any current or future leadership roles and improves their skills in a group context. The course will be conducted using a variety of teaching techniques, including lectures, case studies, assessments, papers, class discussions, and experiential exercises.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course emphasizes leadership skills in public agencies and enterprises through the development of self-adaptive and self-learning abilities. After finishing the course, students will have a better concept of the art of leadership. More importantly, as an administrator, with high awareness, understanding and outlining the context in which the art of leadership is applied will help administrators deal with change. The course will include leadership theory and practice of effective leadership skills, adaptive skills, creative skills, to master change. The course will be conducted through case discussion, acting, homework and presentations.
