Học phần trang bị các kiến thức về các khái niệm, lý thuyết và phương pháp cơ bản trong Khoa học Quản lý, đồng thời sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ của nhà quản lý để hỗ trợ quá trình ra quyết định.
Học phần giúp phát triển kỹ năng tư duy, giải quyết vấn đề và ra quyết định cho nhà quản lý. Ngoài ra, học phần còn tập trung vào kỹ năng mềm quản lý cá nhân và đội nhóm của nhà quản lý. Sinh viên sẽ hiểu và áp dụng các phương pháp quản lý mâu thuẫn và thương lượng, đồng thời nhận thức và thực hành các tình huống liên quan. Trên cơ sở đó, giúp sinh viên hiểu hơn về vai trò, vị trí, kỹ năng của nhà quản lý hiệu quả trong tổ chức./
The course provides knowledge on the concepts, theories, and basic methods in Management Science, along with proficient use of managerial tools to support decision-making processes.
The course helps develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for managers. Additionally, it focuses on the soft skills of managing individuals and teams. Students will understand and apply conflict management and negotiation methods, as well as recognize and practice related scenarios. Based on this foundation, the course helps students gain a better understanding of the role, position, and skills of an effective manager within an organization.

The main contents of the course focus on clarifying the introduction of management science, the role and functions of management and application of laws in management; history of managerial ideas; The concepts, categories, methods, principles of management science. Knowledge of organizational structure, management information, management decisions; labor science organization and managerial staff.
