The overall objective of the course is to provide students with practical experience in applying a flexible methodology to their work environment. Both novice and seasoned managers can apply flexible concepts to their situations at any level. Students will receive a range of tools to apply to their work including: requirements gathering, estimation, planning, performance metrics and scaling.
