The module equips students with an overview of the legal provisions related to insurance business, the binding regulations when founding a company related to insurance business, the rights and obligations of subjects participating in insurance business activities. From there, students can participate in solving reality situations related to insurance activities in accordance with the provisions of the law. Students can apply knowledge gained from this course to behave in insurance relationships or giving advises for others entities who want to participate in insurance activities in the market.
