5. Course Objectives:
The Artificial Intelligence course is designed to equip students with foundational knowledge and a deep understanding of key concepts and algorithms in artificial intelligence (AI), with a focus on applications in mechatronic systems. Students will gain proficiency in search algorithms, constraint satisfaction, genetic algorithms, logic-based reasoning, planning, and machine learning. The course aims to develop students' ability to implement AI solutions in complex information and computing systems. Additionally, it provides a strong foundation to encourage further exploration and research in advanced AI applications, enabling students to contribute to cutting-edge projects and innovations in the future.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
After completing the course, students have a basic understanding of the main ideas for implementing artificial intelligence (AI) applications in mechatronic systems. Students will have a good foundation and understanding of search algorithms, constraint satisfaction, genetic algorithms, logic-based inference, planning, and machine learning.
