5. Course Objectives:
The course provides a basic knowledge base on exchange rates, foreign exchange trading operations such as Spot, Arbitrage, Forward, Swap, Option, Future, hedging strategies as well as fundamental analysis methods, technical analysis and trading strategies in the foreign exchange market. Providing expertise, professionalism and ethics for students to be able to work in foreign exchange trading at financial institutions.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The module provides a foundation of knowledge of international exchange rates, forex trading operations, hedging strategies as well as fundamental analysis methods, technical analysis and trading strategies in the international context. The course also introduces a simulation program of the forex and money market markets to enable students to apply the knowledge they have learned to conduct trading and investment strategies in the context of increasing international transactions at Vietnamese banks and all over the world.
