Học kỳ thực tế cung cấp cho sinh viên cơ hội trải nghiệm thực tế tại các tổ chức hành nghề luật, doanh nghiệp sản xuất, kinh doanh, các dịch vụ thương mại, tài chính, ngân hàng, bảo hiểm, cũng như tại các cơ quan nhà nước và tổ chức chính trị xã hội. Sinh viên sẽ được tiếp cận và làm việc tại các bộ phận văn phòng, nhân sự, pháp chế của các doanh nghiệp hoặc cơ quan tư pháp như toà án, viện kiểm sát, cơ quan thi hành án, cơ quan quản lý nhà nước và các tổ chức khác, nhằm phát triển các kỹ năng nghề nghiệp và hiểu biết sâu rộng về các lĩnh vực pháp lý và quản lý trong thực tế. /The Semester in practice provides students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience at law practice organizations, manufacturing and business enterprises, commercial, financial, banking, insurance services, as well as government agencies and political-social organizations. Students will have the chance to engage and work in various departments such as office administration, human resources, legal affairs of companies, or judicial institutions like courts, prosecutors' offices, enforcement agencies, government regulatory bodies, and other organizations. This course aims to develop professional skills and provide in-depth knowledge of legal and management fields in practice.

“Enterprises” in the framework of this subject are understood as one of the law practice organizations (such as lawyers, notaries, redundants, centers in commercial talent, commercial conciliation centers ...). manufacturing, trading or providing commercial, financial, banking, insurance services (in office, human resources or legal departments), at elected bodies (National Assembly, Council people), judicial agencies (people's courts, people's procuracy, judgment enforcement agencies ...), state management agencies (people's committees, ministries, departments, and professional divisions of People's Committees), socio-political organizations or non-business agencies.
