The course aims to provide learners with fundamental understandings of the position and role of the legal profession, while forming correct awareness and attitudes regarding professional ethical standards across various legal fields. Students will be able to identify core values and clearly understand the ethical principles governing the activities of legal titles within the Vietnamese legal system. Consequently, learners will build an attitude of integrity and objectivity, uphold social responsibility, and practice the skill of applying ethical thinking to effectively resolve practical legal situations.

The Legal Profession and Legal Ethics course aims to provide learners with fundamental understandings of the position and role of the legal profession, while forming a correct awareness and attitude regarding professional ethical standards across various legal fields. Upon completion of the course, learners will be able to:
Identify and explain the core values of the legal profession and the general ethical requirements for legal practitioners within the Vietnamese legal system.
Understand the fundamental ethical principles governing the professional activities of legal titles.
