5. Course Objectives:
Students will have a basic understanding of environmental protection law, especially in production and business activities, environmental protection tools, and the legal framework in Vietnam, while also identifying the advantages and limitations of these tools.
Students will develop skills in legal analysis, legal consultation, participation in litigation, and presenting on environmental issues in business activities.
Students will have the ability to listen, defend their personal viewpoints, provide self-consultation on environmental protection, and demonstrate responsibility and integrity in their work.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The Environmental Law course is based on the existing knowledge of civil and administrative law. The subject includes topics related to environmental protection activities in Vietnam and the International conventions on the environment.
