" Môn học Luật Tố tụng Hình sự nhằm cung cấp cho sinh viên kiến thức vững về quyền tư pháp, hoạt động xét xử và các chuẩn mực quốc tế liên quan đến quyền con người trong tố tụng hình sự. Sinh viên sẽ nắm vững quy trình tố tụng hình sự ở Việt Nam và quốc tế, đồng thời có khả năng so sánh và đánh giá các mô hình tố tụng. Môn học phát triển kỹ năng áp dụng quy trình tố tụng, thu thập và sử dụng chứng cứ, viết các bài luận pháp lý, và tham gia tranh luận, làm việc nhóm. Sinh viên cũng rèn luyện thái độ nghiêm túc với công lý, cảm thông với các bên trong vụ án, đồng thời kiên trì đấu tranh cho công lý và lẽ phải." /" The Criminal Procedure Law course aims to provide students with a strong understanding of judicial rights, trial procedures, and international standards related to human rights in criminal proceedings. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of criminal procedure in Vietnam and internationally, and will be able to compare and evaluate different procedural models. The course develops skills in applying procedural laws, gathering and utilizing evidence, writing legal essays, and participating in debates and teamwork. Students will also cultivate a serious attitude toward justice, empathy for the parties involved in the case, and perseverance in fighting for justice and fairness."

The Criminal Procedure Law subject introduces students to the theoretical issues of judicial rights; protection of human rights in criminal proceedings; procedural models in the world, as well as the basic contents of the proceedings. which are specified in the Criminal Procedure Code. Understanding the rationale, concepts and regulations of criminal proceedings is a must for graduates of law majors. The subject will build capabilities and skills in criminal proceedings for undergraduate students. Students can pertain the understanding they have learned to serve career activities after graduation.
