Môn học cung cấp cho sinh viên kiến thức cơ bản về pháp luật trong lĩnh vực thanh toán quốc tế, giúp sinh viên hiểu rõ các phương thức thanh toán quốc tế, ưu điểm và hạn chế của từng phương thức, cũng như cách xử lý các rủi ro và tranh chấp trong lĩnh vực này. Sinh viên sẽ phát triển kỹ năng nhận diện và tranh luận các vấn đề pháp lý, thực hành trong môi trường pháp luật thanh toán quốc tế, cũng như kỹ năng tra cứu, phân tích và soạn thảo các văn bản pháp lý liên quan. Môn học còn rèn luyện khả năng tư duy phản biện, lập kế hoạch nghiên cứu và giao tiếp chuyên nghiệp trong lĩnh vực thanh toán quốc tế./ The course provides students with basic knowledge of international payment law, helping them understand various international payment methods, the advantages and limitations of each method, as well as how to handle risks and disputes in this field. Students will develop skills in identifying and debating legal issues, practicing in the field of international payment law, as well as researching, analyzing, and drafting related legal documents. The course also fosters critical thinking, research planning, and professional communication skills in the field of international payments.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
Students grasp the basic knowledge of the law of international payments - an important requirement in Bachelor of Laws, majoring in International Business Law, especially in the context of international economic integration. with growing international payment transactions.
After completing this module, students will be equipped with extensive knowledge from theory to practice about: (i) Overview of international payments and law on international payments; (ii) Laws on documents in international payments; (iii) Law on basic international payment methods; (iv) Consulting in the field of international payment law, from which to initially handle the basic legal issues arising in the field of training.
