Môn học này giúp sinh viên nắm vững các kiến thức cơ bản về công nghệ thông tin, các hệ thống thông tin, và các xu hướng công nghệ mới trong ngành pháp lý, như trí tuệ nhân tạo, blockchain và điện toán đám mây. Sinh viên sẽ hiểu cách sử dụng phần mềm hỗ trợ quản lý trong các công ty luật, cũng như cách tổ chức và quản lý tài liệu pháp lý một cách khoa học. Bên cạnh đó, sinh viên sẽ được trang bị kỹ năng tìm kiếm tài liệu pháp lý, sử dụng công cụ văn phòng và khai thác công nghệ, mạng xã hội để phát triển dịch vụ tư vấn pháp lý. Môn học còn giúp sinh viên phát triển kỹ năng tự học, tự nghiên cứu và giải quyết vấn đề một cách độc lập./
This course helps students master the fundamental knowledge of information technology, information systems, and new technological trends in the legal industry, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cloud computing. Students will learn how to use management software in law firms, as well as how to organize and manage legal documents in a scientific manner. In addition, students will be equipped with the skills to search for legal materials, use office tools, and leverage technology and social media to develop legal consulting services. The course also helps students develop self-learning, independent research, and problem-solving skills.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course provides learners with basic knowledge about computers, information technology, and some information technology applications in the management activities of law firms. In addition, the trend of applying CN 4.0 in legal tech such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, blockchain technology, automatic legal consulting systems, ... will also be discussed. mentioned in this module.
The module is divided into 5 chapters:
• Chapter 1: Overview of computers and information technology
• Chapter 2: Drafting documents, reports and presentations
• Chapter 3: Organizing and exploiting data on spreadsheets
• Chapter 4: Internet, web, e-commerce, online advertising
• Chapter 5: Technology in the legal field
