Khóa học trang bị cho sinh viên kiến thức toàn diện về quản trị bán hàng. Từ việc nắm vững các khái niệm cơ bản, sinh viên sẽ được đào tạo các kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán hiệu quả, quản lý đội ngũ bán hàng chuyên nghiệp. Bên cạnh đó, khóa học còn nhấn mạnh việc ứng dụng công nghệ số vào kinh doanh, đặc biệt là trong việc quản lý mối quan hệ khách hàng. Sinh viên sẽ được trang bị những công cụ và kỹ năng cần thiết để thành công trong lĩnh vực bán hàng./ This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of sales management. Starting from foundational concepts, students will be trained in effective communication, negotiation skills, and professional sales team management. In addition, the course emphasizes the application of digital technologies in business, particularly in customer relationship management. Students will be equipped with the necessary tools and skills to succeed in the sales field.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course provides students with basic and advanced knowledge of sales and digital business management. Students will learn how to recognize and exploit the opportunities of today's ever-changing market while effectively solving sales management problems with a diverse sales force and customers. The course also helps students improve their communication skills, develop sensitivity and ethics in management and negotiation, problem solving, ... improve skills in planning, organizing, forecasting and budgeting, recruiting and training as well as leading the sales force and evaluating their performance . In addition, students will learn how to build long-term relationships and cooperate with potential customers, current customers and other stakeholders.
