Organizational Behavior Module introduces students to some general issues about organizational behavior such as: Object, task, function and method of studying organizational behavior; The basis of personal behavior: Biographical characteristics, personality, perception, learning; Group behavior basis: Causes of group membership, factors that affect group behavior and group decision making; Organizational Structure: Organizational Model and Factors to Consider When Designing the Organizational Structure; Organizational culture issues such as: Characteristics and functions of organizational culture, formation and maintenance of organizational culture; Organizational innovation and development issues: Organizational shortcomings and adaptations, organizational change, organizational development processes, factors hindering organizational change and countermeasures overcoming obstacles to organizational change.
