In the internship and graduation course, students have the opportunity to participate in a real working environment at enterprises, financial institutions, or government agencies. During the internship, students will be guided, supported, supervised, and evaluated by their academic supervisors and/or internship mentors at the host organization.
Alongside the internship process, students can choose one of the following two options:
(1) Write a corporate internship report, or
(2) Conduct a graduation thesis.
For the corporate internship report, students are required to synthesize specialized knowledge related to practical issues that the enterprise is facing, collect relevant data, and perform situational analyses. Finally, students must propose recommendations and solutions for the enterprise as well as practical lessons learned for themselves.
For the graduation thesis, students must independently conduct a complete research project that meets the standards of an academic paper. Accordingly, students need to identify and develop a research question relevant to their field of study, review and construct a theoretical framework, and summarize previous empirical studies related to their topic to identify the research gap. Subsequently, they develop research hypotheses, collect data, and conduct quantitative analyses to test these hypotheses. Based on the analytical results, students will discuss and evaluate their findings and propose recommendations derived from their research outcomes.
