Học phần Nghiên cứu khoa học trong lĩnh vực tài chính công giới thiệu đến học viên tổng quan về phương pháp nghiên cứu khoa học và cụ thể hơn trong lĩnh vực Tài chính công. Cụ thể, học phần trang bị kiến thức tổng quát về nghiên cứu khoa học và quy trình nghiên cứu. Sau đó, học phần trang bị cho sinh viên kỹ năng về tìm kiếm ý tưởng nghiên cứu, tổng quan lý thuyết, xây dựng mô hình nghiên cứu, trích dẫn tài liệu tham khảo, và xây dựng một đề cương nghiên cứu./The course Research methods in Public Finance introduces students to an overview of scientific research methods and more specifically in the field of Public Finance. Specifically, it provides students with general knowledge of scientific research and the research process. Then, the course equips students with skills in finding research ideas, theoretical overview, building research models, citing references, and building a research proposal.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course equips learners with scientific approaches and essential methods for conducting research in the field of public finance. Topics include fiscal policy, public debt management, public expenditures, and policies related to tax, customs, and cross-border trade. Students will also learn basic statistical techniques such as ANOVA and multiple regression, complemented by practical training in academic writing, developing research proposals, reviewing relevant literature, and effectively communicating research results.

The curriculum is delivered through lectures and group discussions, enriched by independent research projects that enable students to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings. This approach not only lays a strong foundation for those aiming to pursue a career in public, but also builds a crucial knowledge base that supports long-term academic and professional growth.
