Học phần này cung cấp những kiến thức cơ bản về kiểm hoá như: các vấn đề về kiểm soát hải quan bởi các nhà quản lý biên giới để đảm bảo tuân thủ luật pháp, các quy định đối với vận chuyển hàng hoá qua biên giới. Qua đó, học phần này sẽ giúp sinh viên hiểu rõ hơn về các kỹ thuật và thủ tục thiết yếu để các nhà quản lý biên giới có thể quản lý và cho phép đa số hàng hóa vượt qua biên giới với sự can thiệp tối thiểu nhất./This course provides basic knowledge of goods inspection such as: customs control issues by border managers to ensure compliance with laws and regulations for the transportation of goods across borders. Thereby, it helps students better understand the essential techniques and procedures for border managers to be able to manage and allow the majority of goods to cross the border with the minimum intervention.
