With the advancement of transport and information technology, the world's countries seem to get closer together. Their boundaries still exist, but people, culture, commerce, politics, and even pollution and crime are moving between regions and nations increasingly easier and more convenient. This course aims to equip students with the basics of cross-border management knowledge such as foreign trade flows, capital flows, tax policy, and tariff alliances.
