The subject will equip students with an understanding of legal regulations related to the organizational structure, management system, and operations of intermediary financial institutions including: credit institutions, securities firms, investment funds, financial institutions and stock markets. In addition, the subject also helps students to understand and can apply law, under law documents that currently govern all activities taking place in the Vietnamese financial market.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The Law on Banking - Securities is a specialized legal science. It provides basic knowledge about the legal status of entities conducting banking - securities business, main legal content in banking - securities performance and state management in the banking - securities sector.
