This course equips students with profound knowledge and skills of credit analysis and decision at banks. Specifically, the course provides students with techniques in analyzing customers’ financial status and thus can evaluate their credit worthiness, helping banks make credit decisions exactly. Main topics covered in the course include techniques for analysis of customers’ legal capacity, financial status, feasibility and efficiency of their business and investment projects, collateral value and knowledge of risk management in credit area. After learning this course, together with other relating courses, students can have chance to work at credit department in commercial banks, financial and financial leasing companies, credit funds as wall as at investment analysis departmen in securities companies, investment funds and other financial institutes.
