Học phần này được thiết kế để giúp sinh viên nắm được các kiến thức cơ bản về hoạt động khoa học công nghệ, đổi mới sáng tạo và tài sản trí tuệ như: hoạt động khoa học công nghệ, quản lý hoạt động khoa học công nghệ, các loại hình tài sản trí tuệ, quyền sở hữu trí tuệ, quyền tác giả, quyền liên quan đến quyền tác giả, quyền sở hữu công nghiệp, các quy trình xác lập quyền sở hữu trí tuệ./ This course is designed to help students grasp basic knowledge about science and technology activities, innovation and intellectual property such as: science and technology activities, management of science and technology activities, types of intellectual property, intellectual property rights, copyright, rights related to copyright, industrial property rights, and procedures for establishing intellectual property rights.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

In the knowledge economy, scientific and technological activities, innovation and intellectual products play a key role in national development. According to statistics in 2020, intellectual property accounts for more than 80% of the total value of businesses in the S&P 500 portfolio. The Law on Science and Technology and the Law on Intellectual Property comprehensively institutionalize the policies of the Party and State policies on developing science and technology and innovation to serve the cause of industrialization, modernization of the socialist-oriented market economy and international integration. Therefore, this module focuses on providing students with basic concepts and knowledge about science, technology and innovation activities, regulations on promotion, application and commercialization of products. S&T products serve life and national development; types of intellectual property and intellectual property rights; regulations on copyright, rights related to copyright, industrial property rights, plant variety rights and the protection of those rights; Thereby, students clearly understand legal knowledge about science and technology activities and intellectual property and know how to apply them to the operation, management and development of science and technology activities as well as protection. and effectively exploit intellectual property.
