5. Course Objectives:

This course provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage storage and distribution processes within the supply chain. The course content includes inventory management methods, warehouse management systems (WMS), demand forecasting techniques, and advanced technologies such as RFID, IoT, Big Data, and AI in logistics. Students will explore strategies for inventory optimization, warehouse automation, delivery and transportation management, and performance analysis through key performance indicators (KPIs). This course also helps students grasp emerging technology trends to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of logistics management.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The objective of this course is to equip students with the ability to apply advanced knowledge and technologies in inventory and logistics management to enhance supply chain performance. Upon completing the course, students will be able to identify and evaluate factors influencing inventory management, select and apply appropriate warehouse and transportation management systems. Additionally, students will develop skills in utilizing RFID, IoT, Big Data, and AI technologies to optimize inventory processes, automate operations, and improve accuracy in logistics management.
