Cung cấp quan điểm mới về quản lý logistics trong chuỗi cung ứng; Hiểu sâu hơn về logistics và cách áp dụng trong quyết định logistics; Nghiên cứu Mua sắm và Gia công, Hàng tồn kho, Kho bãi, Đóng gói, Vận tải, Thông tin; Kết hợp logistics với marketing, mua hàng, quản lý, địa lý kinh tế, tin học.
/Present students with new and future-oriented perspectives on logistics management in the supply chain; Deepen the understanding of logistics and how to apply their principles in making critical logistics decisions; Study Procurement and Outsourcing, Inventory, Warehousing, Packaging, Transportation, Information; Combine logistics with marketing, purchasing, management, economic geography, and informatics.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This course aims to provide knowledge, perspectives, and orientations within the logistics industry:
- The importance of logistics to the economy in general and the supply chain of businesses in particular.
- Logistics activities and functions are based on 3 main resource streams: (1) material: the concept and types of warehouse, the importance of packaging and material handling techniques in warehouse management, types of transportation and transportation management; (2) information: types of information management systems commonly used in logistics management; (3) finance: how logistics decisions affect the financial strategies of a business.
- Logistics management (demand management, order management, and customer service) and other related issues
- Logistics trends in the world; opportunities and challenges for domestic logistics (Vietnam)
