This course introduces the knowledge and skills necessary for students to be able to carry out effective business analysis. Business analysis techniques will be introduced from the status quo survey, perspective analysis, and stakeholder management to requirements identification, analysis, documentation, and requirements management. In addition, students will be given discussion topics/exercises to apply the knowledge they have learned. The content of the module is divided into the following chapters:
