Với sự phát triển mạnh mẽ và thay đổi nhanh chóng của công nghệ cũng như các yêu cầu mới từ xu hướng phát triển của nền kinh tế, đòi hỏi người học phải có những thích ứng phù hợp với tình hình mới. Việc đổi mới công nghệ trong chuỗi cung ứng giúp cải thiện hiệu quả và tăng cường khả năng cạnh tranh của doanh nghiệp và đáp ứng nhu cầu khách hàng trong chuỗi cung ứng. Việc đổi mới công nghệ tập trung vào các vấn đề sau: tăng cường hiệu quả vận hành, nâng cao khả năng dự đoán và lập kế hoạch, tối ưu hóa chuỗi cung ứng, cải thiện chất lượng và sự minh bạch, giảm thiểu chi phí, tăng cường trải nghiệm khách hàng, tăng cường khả năng ứng phó linh hoạt với sự thay đổi của môi trường và xã hội.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
Technology and Innovation in Supply Chain Management is concerned with the establishment, management and improvement of technology systems in supply chains at the global level. The content of this module emphasizes the reasons why the application of technology and innovation in supply chains is important, especially with the increasing complexity of information flows in the near future. This is considered a key activity for both large multinational companies and small businesses. The course also shows how to design a supply chain information system that meets the requirements of the three basic (economic, social and environmental) in the future.
