Học phần Quan hệ lao động cung cấp cho sinh viên nhưng kiến thức căn bản về quan hệ lao động. Bên cạnh đó, giúp cho người học có khả năng ứng dụng các kiến thức về lý thuyết QHLĐ vào trong thực tế công việc và cuộc sống để thực hành các kỹ năng QHLĐ. Từ đó, giúp cho sinh viên tăng tính tự chủ và trách nhiệm đối với các hoạt động quản trị quan hệ lao động trong tổ chức./
The Labor Relations course provides students with basic knowledge about labor relations. In addition, it helps students to apply labor relations theory knowledge to real work and life to practice labor relations skills. From there, it aids students in increasing self-reliance and responsibility towards managing labor relations activities within an organization.

Subject Labor Relations is a subject that provides students with the following knowledge: Overview of LR in organizations; Subjects in labor relations; Labor relations mechanism; Organizing dialogue and negotiation in the LR; Labor conflicts and disputes.
