A Lean Production Systems course is developed and offered to students specializing in general business administration. The course includes a set of innovative tools and methods focused on adding value to customers while eliminating waste in an organization's production / service delivery, thereby reducing costs (means increasing profits), optimizing resource utilization, shortening production / service delivery cycle times, and increasing responsiveness in a way. flexibility to the ever-changing and increasingly demanding customer requirements.
