- Nhận biết được vai trò, tầm quan trọng của lãnh đạo trong tổ chức - Nhận dạng được các mô hình về lãnh đạo trong tổ chức. - Hiểu được các trường phái lãnh đạo - Áp dụng được bộ khung tham chiếu cho lãnh đạo hiệu quả - Giải thích mối quan hệ giữa nhà quản lý, lãnh đạo và nhân viên trong tổ chức - Thực hành kỹ năng làm việc theo nhóm, kỹ năng trình bày và tư duy phản biện. - Thể hiện được khả năng làm việc độc lập, có tư duy phản biện liên quan đến các khái niệm, lý thuyết về lãnh đạo/ - Recognize the role and importance of leadership in an organization - Identify leadership models in an organization. - Understand leadership schools - Apply a framework of reference for effective leadership - Explain the relationship between managers, leaders and employees in an organization - Practice teamwork skills, presentation skills and critical thinking. - Demonstrate the ability to work independently and think critically related to leadership concepts and theories

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

Leadership is an activity that has appeared since the formation of human society and is one of the factors playing a decisive role in the development of human society and organizations. Therefore, leaders always receive special attention from everyone. Especially in the context of globalization with the explosion of knowledge, the rapidly changing economic, cultural and social environment, leadership becomes a topic of special interest. In a volatile society leadership is faced with immense opportunities and challenges with the existence of communities and organizations. To make good use of opportunities and adequately handle challenges for the development of communities, organizations require strong and compelling leadership competencies. The subject focuses on the basic contents of leadership including: concept development, leadership model, methods of developing essential skills of a leader; analyze the contexts and scenarios for effective leadership.
