The customer relationship management course aims to provide students with the knowledge of the fundamental aspects of developing and managing customer relationships. The course focuses on specific issues of customer relationship management based on a CRM-level approach (analytics, operations, strategy). The course will also introduce students to the tools commonly used for developing and implementing CRM programs. This is an approach based on a customer database, thereby helping businesses recognize customers at all touch points. Moreover, students will understand culture and other factor influences to implement and apply CRM to business.
