5. Course Objectives:
- Cung cấp cho sinh viên những kiến thức để có thể thiết lập và mô hình hóa các quy trình trong doanh nghiệp.
- Đảm bảo cho sinh viên nhận diện và phân tích được vai trò của việc thiết lập và mô hình hóa quy trình đến hiệu quả của doanh nghiệp.
- Hỗ trợ sinh viên nắm bắt và vận dụng các công cụ trong mô hình hóa và phân tích quy trình
- Phát triển các kỹ năng tư duy và kỹ năng phân tích khi nhận diện các vấn đề trong quá trình thiết lập và mô hình hóa quy trình/

6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This course aims to provide students with a better understanding of the fundamentals of business process management (BPM), with particular attention to modeling, analysis, design, transformation. and organize business processes. Besides, the course also provides tools and methods that can be applied right in the everyday working environment.
