Marketing Technology, or MarTech, is a broad term encompassing any technological tools that assist marketing managers in their roles. This includes technologies that replicate human functions to create, communicate, deliver, and enhance value throughout the customer journey, such as AI, NLP, sensors, robotics, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), IoT, and blockchain. The integration of these technologies drives Marketing 5.0. This course will equip students with the knowledge needed to understand and effectively use technological tools in marketing activities.
