Hiểu cách các tổ chức sử dụng dữ liệu để đưa ra quyết định tốt hơn; Áp dụng phân tích kinh doanh trong nhiều lĩnh vực (vận hành, marketing, tài chính); Sử dụng dữ liệu để đưa ra quyết định nhanh chóng, chính xác; Phân tích hoạt động kinh doanh và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động; Hình thành kỹ năng xử lý tình huống thực tế (phân tích, tổng hợp, dự đoán, đề xuất giải pháp)./ Understand how organizations use data to make better decisions; Apply business analysis in many fields (operations, marketing, finance); Use data to make quick, accurate decisions; Analyze business activities and factors affecting performance; Form skills to handle real situations (analysis, synthesis, prediction, proposing solutions).

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

Business analytics refers to how organizations such as businesses, NGOs, and government agencies can use data to gain insight and better decision-making. Business analysis is applied to operations, marketing, finance, and strategic planning with other functions. The ability to effectively use data to make quick, accurate and professional decisions has been an important strategic advantage for companies. Business analytics is becoming an important capability for businesses of all types and sizes.
The course provides students with the basic knowledge of analyzing business activities and the factors that affect the business performance of enterprises. The module also helps students form the skills necessary to handle real situations in business activities: analysis, data synthesis, case prediction, proposing problem solving directions. In this course, students will learn to identify, evaluate and seize business analysis opportunities to create new value for the organization.
