Marketing Technology, or MarTech, is a broad term that encompasses any technology tool that supports Marketing managers in their roles, including technologies that mimic human functions to create, communicate, deliver, and enhance value throughout the customer journey, such as AI, NLP, sensors, robotics, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), IoT, and blockchain. The integration of these technologies drives Marketing technology. This course will equip students with the knowledge needed to understand and effectively use technology tools in Marketing activities.
